- To stay as close to the natural and physiological reactions in the body as possible
- Enhance the effect of our compounds by introducing organic antioxidants in significant quantities in order to overcome the daily smoldering and harmful effects of radiation and pollutants and atmospheric contaminants.
- By using organic skincare products, you avoid chemicals which can be carcinogenic and include parabens and paraffins that can clog pores and create a break-out.
- Vitamins such as A - C - E - D can give your skin a young, youthful glow.
- Achieve soft, supple skin; along with reduction of wrinkles
The way the body ages, is due to what is called "oxidative stress" meaning damage to the tissues and cells and their internal structures by oxygen molecule.
Oxidants are formed as the normal product of aerobic metabolism but can be produced at elevated rate in pathophysiological conditions.
Antioxidants are organic, natural compounds produced in the body or introduced into the body by nutrition. Their role is to protect the cell membrane against excessive oxidation by, for example, inflammation due to excessive sunlight that could cause excess heating of the skin and start an inflammatory cascade that releases toxic compounds called free radicals. These free radicals could cause damage to the lipids of the cell membrane essentially oxidizing the lipids like the stick of butter that has been sitting out at room temperature becoming rancid. This kind of damage could be caused by variety of non- physiological conditions leading to early cell death and aging. The only defense is the presence of naturally occuring antioxidants such as vitamins and minerals, other molecule implants, as well as nuts, fruits and vegetables that defend the body on a constant basis.
